Founder
Biography
I am the manager of a satellite remote sensing venture. I hold a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a master degree in Satellite Oceanography. After completing my graduate studies, I joined the Remote Sensing Technology Center of Japan (RESTEC), where I led projects utilizing various satellite sensors, including optical, SAR, and RF.
Subsequently, I transitioned to MOL Information Systems, the ICT strategy subsidiary of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, a leading Japanese shipping company. There, I was responsible for planning and promoting ICT strategies across group companies. My primary focus was on the planning, development, and implementation of AI systems for various business departments.
Later, at the Mitsubishi Research Institute (MRI), one of leading think tank in Japan, I led projects related to the application of AI technology to satellite data and conducted research on related technology and policy trends. Additionally, I am a contributing author on object detection and super resolution for satellite data in Maruzen Publishing's "Remote Sensing Dictionary (Japanese)."
